Defects, Warranty, and Support
All new equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Lamplighter Cafe Services is the authorized warranty service provider for the equipment sold. Only equipment sold by Lamplighter Cafe Services and installed by our trained technicians will qualify for warranty service. In the event of defects, performance issues, or shipping damage, Lamplighter Cafe Services will assist in coordinating warranty claims, service calls, replacement parts, or repair solutions as needed.
