Whether you’re just getting started with new equipment or maintaining machines that have seen years of service, our Preventative Maintenance Programs are designed to keep your espresso setup running smoothly—cup after cup, day after day.

Two Tailored Programs to Meet Your Needs

For Existing Equipment or Used Machines

  • All quotes are customized to each customer based on the specific equipment that you operate. Our team will perform an initial, no charge, consultation to assess your equipment and help with recommendations. This program begins with the assumption that the equipment is in full working order from the beginning. Additional parts and labor may be necessary based on initial equipment condition in order to bring them up to full working condition.

  • Our typical service region includes Bozeman, Billings, Butte, Helena, Great Falls, Missoula and all areas in between. Generally all areas within a 3 hour drive of Bozeman.

  • Part costs will vary based on brand and model of machines. We recommend OEM parts, but some generic parts may be available at a lower cost. Our trained technicians can make recommenations when generic parts may make sense.

  • PM Program participants receive 20% off all parts and labor for scheduled PM visits.

  • We recommend a Monthly payment structure. These generally range from $35-$55 per month.

  • Participants receive a 10% labor discount in case an unexpected emergency visit is needed.

  • We will extend an additional 10% discount if the full 24 month commitment is paid in full up front.

  • Referral Credit. If you are able to refer other business owners to our PM Program, we will give you a $150 credit on your account after that new customer successfully registers with us.

For New Traditional Espresso Equipment

  • Installation and work listed are included with purchase of espresso equipment.

  • Professional installation by Lamplighter technicians included with purchase of new equipment.

  • Our typical service region includes Bozeman, Billings, Butte, Helena, Great Falls, Missoula and all areas in between. Generally all areas within a 3 hour drive of Bozeman.

  • Approved water filtration system required for manufacturer warranty and participation in the PM Program.

  • Espresso machine replacement parts used are OEM.

  • Participants receive a 10% labor/travel discount in case an unexpected emergency visit is needed.

  • Referral Credit. If you are able to refer other business owners to our PM Program, we will give you a $150 credit on your account after that new customer successfully registers with us.
